We’re a fast-growing digital publishing company managing a portfolio of 50+ blogs across health, lifestyle, tech, business, and travel niches. We're now looking for a **Performance Marketing Executive** who can drive high-quality, cost-effective traffic to our blogs using a mix of **native ad platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)**, **Meta Ads**, and **Google Ads**.

**Role Overview**

You’ll be responsible for managing and scaling paid traffic campaigns that turn blog content into high-performing acquisition funnels. This is a results-oriented role ideal for a data-driven marketer who understands storytelling, analytics, and paid media strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and scale paid traffic campaigns across **Taboola, Outbrain, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads**:

- Work with content teams to create compelling blog articles and advertorials for native campaigns
- Optimize campaigns daily to improve CTR, CPC, ROAS, and traffic quality
- Create and test headlines, thumbnails, ad creatives, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, scaling opportunities, and drop-offs
- Manage budgets and performance reporting using dashboards or tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Outbrain’s UI
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and monetization teams to align ad strategy with content goals

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years in performance marketing with **hands-on experience running native ads (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, etc.)**:

- Proficient with **Meta Ads Manager** and **Google Ads**:

- Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of traffic metrics and optimization levers
- Ability to write or guide blog/article content that drives clicks and conversions
- Experience working in high-volume content or affiliate marketing environments is a plus
- Self-starter with a bias for testing, learning, and scaling quickly
- Experience with programmatic ad buying
- Familiarity with tracking platforms like Voluum, RedTrack, or FunnelFlux
- Working knowledge of SEO principles
- Experience managing multiple ad platforms simultaneously

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From ₹250.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
