We are looking for two **Performance Marketers** to join our team and drive data-driven growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. If you thrive on analyzing metrics, optimizing ad spend, and scaling campaigns, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Analyze performance data to track KPIs, optimize conversions, and improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copies and visuals.
- Monitor trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize impact.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, or digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
