**Duration** - 6 months

**Job Overview**:As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will support the marketing team in executing and optimizing performance-driven campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in digital marketing, including paid media, ad copywriting, creative development, and campaign analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
- Write ad copy and create engaging creative assets that drive conversions and improve campaign performance.
- Support landing page optimization efforts to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics like ROI, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas of improvement and implement optimizations to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and help refine bidding strategies.
- Proactively contribute ideas for new campaigns, creative concepts, and strategies to enhance overall performance.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in digital marketing, paid media, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Take ownership of specific tasks or campaigns and manage them from start to finish with mínimal supervision.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google AdSense, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads Dashboards.**:

- **Proven ability to write compelling ad copy and create effective marketing creatives.**:

- Experience in landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
- A strong **drive to learn**, adapt, and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to **take ownership of tasks**, demonstrate responsibility, and follow through on projects.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Creative and problem-solving mindset** with a focus on driving results.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
