Nexsellers (Dhamsells LLC) is a 7-year-old global company with e-commerce operations since 2024. We operate two fast-growing niche brands:

- **PawKitty** (pet supplies)
- **Minds2Grow** (baby supplies)

We are now seeking a **Performance Marketer** who can take full ownership of our paid marketing efforts across international markets, with a strong focus on the US. This is a remote, full-time role for someone who thrives on data, testing, and scaling e-commerce D2C brands profitably.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across **Meta (Facebook/Instagram)** and **Google Ads** (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, funnels, and offers to drive measurable improvements in **ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversions.**:

- Develop and execute strategies for scaling campaigns profitably across US and international markets.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Affiliate, etc.).
- Provide insights and direction for high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions for campaign growth.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years of experience** managing ecommerce **D2C performance marketing** for **US markets (mandatory).**:

- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; proven ability to scale accounts profitably.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics (ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, conversion rates).
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, and WooCommerce (or similar e-commerce platforms).
- Hands-on approach with ability to **independently manage budgets, problem-solve, and deliver results.**:

- **Bonus**: Experience in scaling across multiple international markets.
- **Bonus**: Experience in generating own creatives.
