Nexsellers (Dhamsells LLC) is a 7-year-old global company with e-commerce operations since 2024. We operate two fast-growing niche brands:

  • PawKitty (pet supplies)
  • Minds2Grow (baby supplies)

We are now seeking a Performance Marketer who can take full ownership of our paid marketing efforts across international markets, with a strong focus on the US. This is a remote, full-time role for someone who thrives on data, testing, and scaling e-commerce D2C brands profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, funnels, and offers to drive measurable improvements in ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversions.
  • Develop and execute strategies for scaling campaigns profitably across US and international markets.
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Affiliate, etc.).
  • Provide insights and direction for high-performing ad creatives.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions for campaign growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing ecommerce D2C performance marketing for US markets (mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; proven ability to scale accounts profitably.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics (ROAS, AOV, CAC, LTV, conversion rates).
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, and WooCommerce (or similar e-commerce platforms).
  • Hands-on approach with ability to independently manage budgets, problem-solve, and deliver results.
  • Bonus: Experience in scaling across multiple international markets.
  • Bonus: Experience in generating own creatives.
