**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented **Performance Marketer** to lead and optimize our paid media and performance marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns across channels like Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) for all campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and web teams to ensure high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze results, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Manage media budgets effectively and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Keep up with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong command of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Looker Studio, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles and funnel building.
- Strong understanding of remarketing, pixel tracking, and attribution modeling.
