To drive high-quality leads, conversions, and brand visibility for Harshita School of Music (and related brands) through cutting-edge performance marketing, AI-aligned SEO, and powerful social media content strategies.

Activities (What You'll Do)

  • Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on AEO and ROAS-driven campaigns.
  • Develop & execute a future-proof SEO strategy using the latest Google AI & RankBrain signals, including content clustering, intent optimization, and structured data.
  • Design and implement Instagram & LinkedIn content calendars, reels strategy, and engagement plans to grow followers & leads organically.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across channels, suggesting data-backed improvements.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand-consistent visuals, copy, and funnels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new tools for performance & growth marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of AEO/Advantage+ campaigns delivering measurable results.
  • Advanced knowledge of 2025 Google SEO practices (SGE-ready content, AI indexing, RankBrain, EEAT).
  • Strong portfolio of Instagram & LinkedIn growth campaigns (paid + organic).
  • Excellent communication, analytics, and copywriting skills.
