Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing page optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with campaign objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Train and mentor junior team members.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of achieving measurable results.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other major advertising platforms.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
