Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our clients' digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking marketer with hands-on expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and major e-commerce marketplaces. You will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, analysis, and client communication across both Indian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Marketing Strategy:
• Develop and execute ROI-driven campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and e-commerce platforms.
• E-Commerce Marketplace Advertising:

Plan, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads, JioMart, and other marketplaces.Ensure product listings, ads, and promotions are fully optimized for maximum visibility and sales.

• Client Consultation:

Advise clients on strategies for lead generation, D2C growth, SEO, and digital channel expansion to enhance their online presence.Set up, monitor, and optimize ad accounts across multiple platforms to ensure campaign efficiency and performance improvement.Assist in Shopify setups, WhatsApp automations, Zapier integrations, and other technical tools that enhance campaign execution.Analyze campaign data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable recommendations.Oversee SEO activities and ensure all digital channels perform optimally in driving traffic and conversions.Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consistent performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in performance marketing and e-commerce advertising.Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
• Digital Expertise: Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce ads (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, JioMart, etc.).
• Marketplace Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketplace advertising, listing optimization, and sales growth strategies.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Shopify, WhatsApp Automations, and Zapier.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client management abilities.
• Adaptability: Capable of working independently or collaboratively in a hybrid or in-person setup.
