EXPERIENCE REQUISITE
- Min 2 years of experience in the same field
- Background in performance & media houses
- Must have eCommerce experience
- Should’ve managed more than 15 lakhs budget on Google Adwords and more than 15 lakhs budget on Facebook; per month across clients
- Must have experience with media planning, buying, and execution
- A good relationship with media houses is preferred
- Must be able to crack deals and be a media strategist
- Must be able to manage teams, meetings and present reports
- Experience with Flipkart and Amazon Marketplace is an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, curate, implement mind-blowing digital content.
- Sharing creative input on ideas and campaigns by having primary experience in managing & interacting with online consumers and brands.
- Actively collaborate with respective internal teams to meet the project & campaign requirements on a daily basis
- Manage social & digital presence of the assigned including overall execution, online response management and maintenance of respective online media properties
- Track all platforms and share assistance in their evaluation on a regular basis by generating reports for the performance
- Keep tabs on competitors. Track and conduct competitor analysis to assist in providing data for a comprehensive understanding of the competitors & their brand performance on digital media platforms
- Adapt to survive
- Actively respond and react to the changes on online media networks viz. changes in functionality, methods of engagement, the addition of new features, etc.
- Keeping abreast with new trends in the digital industry. The internet is your Bible.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUISITE
- Professional-level proficiency in English
- Advanced knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Marketing, abreast with the latest industry trends, marketing campaigns and the next viral video trend
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, analytical & collaborative skills
- Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows
- Able to manage and accommodate the team members
- Should have a keen eye for detail

QUALIFICATION REQUISITE
- Post Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
- Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / E-commerce will be added bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
