**Position Overview**:
As a Performance Marketer at **Kliqspace**, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You'll leverage your analytical skills to track campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies for improved performance.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, bids, and ROI to ensure efficient use of marketing spend.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.

**Compensation**: Competitive, based on experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
