We seek a **Performance Marketer** to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through paid media, SEO/SEM, analytics, and automation. You’ll optimize campaigns, track key metrics, and enhance marketing strategies to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities & Skills of a Performance Marketer

1. Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies.
- Optimize campaigns for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

2. Paid Media Management
- Manage PPC, social media, and display ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

3. SEO & SEM

**SALARY STRUCTURE**:

- Month 1: ₹10,000 | Month 2-3: ₹13,000
- Month 4-6: ₹16,000 | After 6 Months: ₹18,000 + Incentives
