We are looking for a proactive and analytical **Junior Performance Marketer** to support the execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about data-driven marketing and looking to grow in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns (PPC, social media ads, etc.)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of spending
- Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and generate regular performance reports
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging best practices in performance marketing
- Write engaging ad copy and contribute to landing page optimization (as applicable)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on messaging and campaign objectives
- Use Excel and Google Sheets to organize, track, and present data
- Actively monitor and optimize live campaigns for best performance
- Utilize marketing tools for execution, tracking, and automation

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **2 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising preferred**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Understanding of key metrics used in paid digital marketing

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
