**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Campaign Management:

- Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

2. eCommerce Focus:

- Implement and manage eCommerce campaigns aimed at driving traffic, conversions, and sales.
- Optimize product listings, ad creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and revenue.

3. Analytics and Reporting:

- Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

4. Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in performance marketing efforts.

5. Client Management:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver customized marketing solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign performance and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in eCommerce.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns with substantial budgets.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
**- Skills**:

- Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business suite, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
