Job description

**Salary**: Up to 32000(People falling in salary bracket should only apply)

**Experience**: 6 months -2 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assessing the impact of strategies implemented in the curated plan and recommending edits to achieve set goals
- Understand client goals, market, and competitors to create effective media plans
- Collaborate with internal teams for exceptional client service
- Stay updated on industry trends for effective digital marketing strategies
- Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Search, Google Display, Native Channels etc
- Must have good experience in running app download campaigns or e-commerce site
- Be accountable for achieving set KPIs within budget: Website traffic and store traffic, new customer acquisition, ROAS, CPA
- Maintain a data-first approach through continual experimentation and optimization
- exceed strong company goals (a/b testing, etc.) Be proactive, and have a passion for improving business.
- Analyze business performance and marketing channels regularly
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools on Data Studio or Tableau
- Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization across paid, organic, and owned media channels
- Test new channels and trends, ensuring a data-led approach to all activities

**Requirements**:

- Analytics and database tools such as Excel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Tableau, Marketo, etc
- Knowledge of performance marketing platforms, such as Social Animal, HubSpot, GetSocial, BuzzSumo, Bambora, etc
- Knowledge and prior usage of tools like Facebook Ad Manager, AdWords, Taboola, Outbrain
- Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau, is a plus
- Proficient knowledge of all the acquisition platforms Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Google Ads, and Google My Business, FB ads manager / Power editor
- Knowledge of Drip Marketing will be preferred
- Expertise in performance campaigns, including Search, Social, and Media buying
- Strong analytical abilities, particularly in marketing research and analysis
- Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau, is a plus
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Any Graduate can apply
