Closet Essentia, a rising star in the fast-fashion world, is seeking a motivated Performance Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. We're on a mission to revolutionize modern clothing needs, and you'll play a key role in driving brand awareness and sales through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

**In this exciting role, you'll**:

- **Become an Instagram Ads Pro**: Develop and manage engaging Instagram ad campaigns to target our ideal customer base.
- **Optimize for Success**: Analyze campaign performance using key metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and make data-driven adjustments to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- **Website Whisperer**: Assist in website optimization to improve user experience and conversion rates. This might involve A/B testing different layouts, calls to action, and product page designs.
- **Stay on Top of Trends**: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in the fast-fashion industry and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- **Content is King (or Queen)**: Assist with the creation of engaging content for our social media channels (think Instagram Stories, Reels) to build brand loyalty and community.
- **Data Doesn't Lie**: Learn to leverage marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights dashboards to track performance and measure campaign effectiveness.
- **Be a Team Player**: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

**We're looking for someone who**:

- Is a passionate and curious individual with a keen interest in fashion and the digital marketing landscape.
- Has a strong understanding of social media marketing, particularly Instagram advertising.
- Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
- Is a creative thinker with a knack for crafting compelling ad copy and content.
- Is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite tools. Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
