About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketer with a strong background in ROI-driven digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have prior digital marketing agency experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.

This is a remote full-time opportunity for a performance-oriented marketing professional who thrives on achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to improve ad efficiency.
  • Stay updated with new marketing trends, platform updates, and tools.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify areas for campaign growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing (agency background required).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and PPC tools.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns and meet ROI goals.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).
