Job Description

OneClickDrive, the UAE's leading car rental marketplace, is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with strong experience in social media management and content creation. This role is ideal for someone who combines data-driven performance marketing with a passion for creative brand storytelling.

You'll manage paid campaigns across major digital platforms while collaborating with our in-house creative team to produce engaging, conversion-focused content that drives measurable growth for the OneClickDrive website and app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop, test, and iterate on ad creatives and content strategies to maximize ROI and traffic growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (photographer, content managers, video editor) to create high-quality brand content and campaigns.
  • Engage with car owners, partners, and agencies to generate authentic, data-backed social media stories and posts.
  • Analyze data using GA4 to measure and report on campaign performance and audience behavior.
  • Manage and grow the OneClickDrive social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and social media management.
  • Proven ability to create and execute high-performing paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of GA4 analytics, data interpretation, and optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a data-first, results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the automotive, mobility, or e-commerce industry.
  • Ability to contribute fresh ideas to improve lead generation, engagement, and brand storytelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
