**We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Expert**

At **Soham Dave**, we’re a slow fashion label rooted in craftsmanship, mínimalism, and purpose. As we grow, we’re looking for a passionate **Performance Marketing Expert on freelance bases** to help us strengthen our digital presence and drive meaningful growth while staying true to our aesthetics.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in running ROI-focused campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing funnels.
- Proven track record of improving CTRs, conversions, and scaling campaigns effectively.
- A creative thinker who respects the balance between performance and brand storytelling.
- Familiarity with working with niche, artisanal, or sustainable brands is a plus.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms.
- Collaborate with our creative team to align campaigns with our slow fashion aesthetics.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to maximize results.
- Explore new avenues and platforms to drive awareness and conversions.
