**Job Overview**:
We are in search of a Performance Marketing Executive with a sharp focus on social media advertising. This role demands someone who is deeply familiar with the nuances of various social media platforms and is passionate about leveraging them for superior returns on ad spend.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads and other emerging platforms.
- Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team to ensure creatives are aligned with campaign objectives.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns for better performance by studying key metrics and making necessary adjustments.
- A/B test ads to identify high-performing variations.
- Allocate and manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in social media advertising.
- Collaborate with the content and branding teams to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns.
- Report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach desired audiences.
- Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities for targeted audience reach and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns across multiple social platforms.
- Proficient in social media advertising tools, analytics platforms, and related technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to keep up with a fast-paced digital environment and adapt to new platforms and strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
