As B2B Associate you must know how to **Read and Create "Contracts" for developing tie-ups.**

**Core Responsibilities -**

Connect electronically, and over voice for B2B tieups.

Analyze Projects.

Creating Pitch Document for **investors, for vendors, for sales associates and sales representatives, for customers, for partners.**

Creating Investment Offers.

Creating Marketable Impactful Written-Content which would be displayed at Tradeshows, and on Electronic Banners.

Very strong in writing (Not just using ChatGpt).

Creating Content for using in Marketing Collateral.

Creating Content & Reports for Market Guides.

Build Strong Product-Offerings for Clients & our Partners.

Creating Memorandum of Investment.

Vetting Contracts.

Regularly organize data on Dropbox which is highly essential so you meet out weekly audit requirements, as our partners access files daily.

50 percent Research (ability to pull data and compile data thoroughly).
Talk to B2B Vendors.

25 percent content writing

25 percent technical understanding
- Must be a very good report writer.
- Should be very thorough and a master in conducting Research.
- Master in creating Power Point Presentations that are investor friendly and highly impactful
- Should have competitor knowledge for mapping + conducting pricing analysis.
- Very strong in layout of numbers, explaining numbers, and financial analysis.
- Develop presentations (for different stakeholders and different audiences).
- Assess proposals that fit our parameters on our investment offerings.
- Research Projects and Present Summaries and Findings, clearly and thoroughly.
- Tie-ups with vendors and various institutions.
- Create investment-products for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Coordinate Speaking Engagements for the Director and Arrange Meetings.
- Research Companies, prepare reports on the finding, contact the targets, tie up with them. (This role requires you to reach out to overseas companies where you must spend time responding to messages - and calling in a timely manner, across different time zones.)
- Create presentations for our company to present to companies during pitching.
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance of websites.
- Ability to work cross-departmentally to obtain critical information and satisfy internal stakeholders.
- You will have to update Contracts (and NDA also) with information specific to our company before sending out, where you would verify data accuracy, and bring our terms to Directors for further clarification and discussion.
- To make doubly sure (forms and paperwork) during company tie-up are filled ok, so that nothing is left incomplete.
- As Analyst you would make sure all systems are tested properly to use in a live environment.
- To ensure training modules are suitable for the roles they are created for. And collaborate with other team-members in imparting training to preserve the highest quality standards they were developed.

**Required Skills -**
- Strong Verbal and written Communication skills.
- The minimum required experience is 3 years.
- Should be tech-savvy, app-savvy, good and filling up subscriptions and creating new accounts in different portals, be organized to store data in proper folders (that are correctly named).
- Must be able to multi-task very easily and smoothly.
- Honesty, Transparency, and Hard work is key.
- Ability to think creatively, identify, and resolve problems.
