**Job Overview**

We are seeking a **Fluent and Results-Driven B2B Sales Associate** to spearhead our expansion into the **US and European markets**. Your main responsibility will be identifying, pitching, and closing deals with clients who need automation solutions across verticals like operations, finance, sales, marketing, and customer support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand client pain points and pitch customized automation solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demos and build confidence in Incube’s capabilities.
- Close deals quickly with decision-makers, ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and deal data.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on market interactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written **English communication** skills (mandatory).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in **B2B SaaS sales**.
- Proven track record of closing deals independently in international markets.
- Comfortable conducting meetings and demos over Zoom/Google Meet.
- Strong understanding of automation, AI tools, or business SaaS products is a plus.
- Time-zone flexibility to connect with US/Europe-based clients.
