**Join Our Team as a Sales Associate**

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional passionate about sales and customer relationship management? We are looking for a **Sales Associate** to join our team and contribute to our business growth by identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Building Strong Customer Relationships**
- Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure coordinated efforts.
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to secure future bookings.
- Engage in sales calls, entertainment activities, trade shows, and community networking to expand the customer base.
- Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring accurate and efficient turnover to event management.

**Sales and Business Development**
- Participate in sales calls and meetings to acquire and close new business opportunities.
- Support operational aspects of secured business, including proposal generation, contract creation, and customer correspondence.
- Identify new business opportunities to achieve personal and company revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors to develop competitive sales strategies.
- Understand customer needs and business challenges to offer tailored solutions.

**Delivering Exceptional Customer Service**
- Uphold company service and relationship strategies to drive customer loyalty.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high service standards and positive guest interactions.

**Operational Excellence & Data-Driven Insights**
- Lead operational excellence by executing best practices across the customer journey, including demand management, forecasting, deal execution, and renewals.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency and sales force productivity.
- Analyze business health, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to drive growth.
- Demonstrate strong data analysis and analytics skills to derive actionable insights.
- Support sales leadership by providing key performance insights and recommendations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification (MBA) is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in sales, sales operations, financial services, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, customer buying strategies, and software licensing models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in sales-related tools such as CRM and Sales Performance Management systems.
- High level of strategic and tactical agility, along with strong analytical skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive business performance.
- Professional Knowledge on LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
