As a Senior sales associate, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to determine their needs,
answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to
promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
To be successful as a Senior Sales Associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our
company's visual appearance in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of a Senior Sales Associate are to achieve
excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the companys sales goals.

Roles and responsibilities:
ï'· Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through
ï'· Leading customers through the product and providing them with in-depth information and a tour of the
product features. Conducting live demonstrations where needed.
ï'· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
ï'· Executing sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
ï'· Cross sell products
ï'· Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
ï'· Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)
ï'· Building in-depth knowledge of the product and keeping up with product and/or feature updates.
ï'· Keeping the customer updated about product modifications and new features.
ï'· Guiding the customers through their queries and/or issues. Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails,
contact C-level decision makers, build quick rapport and assess needs.
ï'· Implementing the standard operating procedures for carrying out sales processes.
ï'· Actively participating in sales training meetings.
ï'· Working in cooperation with the customer support team to provide top-quality customer service.
ï'· Actively generating new leads and close sales
ï'· Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features. May respond to
customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff
