About Us
At Astrosia Technologies LLP, we're building cutting-edge IT products and offering high-impact digital solutions to businesses worldwide. We're now looking for a Business Development Associate who can drive B2B enterprise sales, build meaningful relationships, and bring in new revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and convert B2B leads across IT services and SaaS offerings.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emails, calls, DMs, freelancing portals, and online communities/forums.
Manage and grow a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and suggest strategic pivots based on insights.
Maintain CRM records, lead dashboards, and weekly progress reports.
Own and achieve sales targets – initial monthly sales target will be approximately ₹5 Lakhs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (tech, marketing, and strategy) to deliver customized solutions to clients.
Who You Are
You've previously worked in B2B or enterprise-level IT sales.
You're an excellent communicator – verbal and written – and can convince people with ease.
You have hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation, freelancing platforms (like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), and forums/communities relevant to the tech space.
You're comfortable cold calling, sending pitch emails and DMs, and speaking directly with decision-makers.
You understand business analysis and can break down customer needs, market gaps, and suggest high-impact strategies.
You're goal-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a high-performance environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA/BBA/Marketing background is a plus).
6 months – 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong grasp of IT B2B sales, tech products, and enterprise client needs.
Excellent knowledge of digital communication tools (LinkedIn, Email Outreach tools, Slack, etc.).
Willing to work with a performance mindset during the initial 3-month internship.
