Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Caller to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Answer questions about products/services and the company.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, including customer information, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role preferred.
