Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who is eager to learn, build strong relationships, and contribute to the growth of our sales team. In this role, you will be the bridge between aspiring learners and their career transformation journeys—helping them understand the value of our programs, addressing their concerns, and guiding them toward making confident decisions. You'll also work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and program teams to deliver a seamless learner experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective learners through calls, emails, and virtual interactions, understanding their aspirations and guiding them through the decision-making process.
  • Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with learners, ensuring they feel supported and informed about their career transition opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and ensure outreach is targeted and effective.
  • Partner with program and operations teams to align on learner needs and deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales/registration targets while maintaining a learner-first approach.
  • Gather feedback from prospects and learners to continuously improve our offerings and sales approach.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in business development / inside sales / learner success (edtech experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to empathise with learners' career challenges.
  • A self-starter with the drive to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to both strategic discussions and execution.
  • Passion for education, career growth, and making an impact in learners' lives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700, ₹800,000.00 per year
