We are looking for a Business Development Associate who will play a vital role in expanding our client base and establishing lasting relationships with companies across various industries.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for outreach, lead generation, and business communication through LinkedIn, cold calling, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, calls, and email campaigns.
  • Generate qualified leads for both IT service projects (web, app, AI) and recruitment & staffing services.
  • Present Quantumhook's service offerings in a professional and convincing manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (tech, HR, and marketing) to craft tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Track leads, maintain CRM data, and follow up to ensure conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets set by the management team.

Requirements:

  • Graduation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency a must).
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, email communication, and cold calling.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, AI technologies, and recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and target-driven.
  • Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Mailchimp will be an added advantage.
