We are seeking a proactive and self-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to help us grow our social media management services. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and acquire clients in your local area as well as through online channels. If you are someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients in the local market (small businesses, startups, service providers, personal brands).
  • Conduct online outreach through platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and freelancing websites.
  • Generate leads and build a strong client pipeline for social media management services.
  • Pitch our services, present proposals, and convert prospects into paying clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, competition, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Track and report weekly progress, leads, and conversions.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5, ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 per week
