We handle end-to-end projects in animation, films, and designs, including TV commercials, short films, brand films, product videos, and social cause films. Our clients include renowned brands like Orient Tiles, HITACHI, Airtel, DLF, PI Industries, DHFL Pramerica, as well as various NGOs and government enterprises. In recent years, we made a ground-breaking impact with India's first original graphic novel, "KNIGHTS OF LA MANCHA," with Hindustan Times and have now ventured into long-format entertainment content with two feature films meant for National and International release currently in post-production. Our vision is to continue developing intellectual properties (IPs) while strengthening our service business.

Job Title: Business Development Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to support our Business Development Manager in driving business growth and client engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, client-focused, and eager to contribute to business expansion through research, relationship building, and operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Management

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, interactions, and sales pipeline data
  • Track lead progression and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Generate reports and insights from CRM data to support business decisions
  • Ensure data integrity and completeness across all client records

Client Engagement

  • Schedule and coordinate client calls and meetings for the BDM
  • Conduct initial client outreach calls to qualify leads
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients to nurture relationships
  • Maintain professional communication with clients via phone, email, and other channels

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Analyze competitor activities and market positioning
  • Gather intelligence on potential clients and target sectors
  • Prepare market insights and reports to support strategic planning

Reference Management & Client Support

  • Collect and organize client testimonials and case studies
  • Coordinate reference calls and documentation for prospective clients
  • Support clients with information requests and queries
  • Assist in resolving client concerns in coordination with relevant teams

Presentation Development

  • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals for client meetings
  • Create customized pitch decks based on client requirements
  • Design visual materials and reports to support business pitches
  • Ensure all presentation materials are up-to-date and professionally formatted

Administrative Support

  • Maintain organized documentation of all business development activities
  • Coordinate logistics for client meetings and events
  • Support the BDM with calendar management and travel arrangements
  • Assist in preparation of contracts, agreements, and other business documents

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or client relations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B environment
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and tools
  • Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
