Role Overview
The Business Development Associate will play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing new clients for IT staffing needs while also promoting and selling Jay Analytix's SaaS products. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in B2B sales or staffing sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesStaffing Business Development
- Identify and onboard new clients with IT staffing, contract, and consulting needs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of direct clients, MSPs, and vendors
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruiters to deliver suitable candidates
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with clients
- Maintain long-term relationships and ensure repeat business
SaaS Sales & Product Promotion
- Actively pitch and sell Jay Analytix SaaS solutions (AI / analytics / automation products)
- Conduct product demos and explain value propositions clearly
- Work closely with product and leadership teams to refine sales strategies
- Achieve monthly and quarterly SaaS sales targets
Market & Account Management
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
- Maintain CRM records for leads, deals, and client communication
- Represent Jay Analytix professionally in client meetings and networking events
Required Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in business development, staffing sales, or B2B SaaS sales
- Proven experience in client acquisition for IT staffing or consulting services
- Strong understanding of contract staffing, C2C, W2, and vendor/MSP models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Experience working with North American clients is a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS products (AI, analytics, HR tech, healthcare tech, or automation tools)
- Existing client network in Canada or the US
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Understanding of data, cloud, AI, or software development services
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹15, ₹44,712.43 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
