Internship Opportunity: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹3,000/month

Salary: Hike post-internship based on performance

Location: Remote / On-site

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels

Pitch company services and close sale

Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaign strategies

Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation in Business, Marketing, or related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business development

Good to Have:

Previous internship or experience in sales/business development (up to 1 year)

Knowledge of digital marketing basics

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

Confidence in handling client calls and presentations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3, ₹10,000.00 per month
