high for target keywords. Use SEO tools and techniques for on-page and off-page
optimization, driving organic traffic and visibility.
● Team Management: Build, manage, and lead a high-performing content team. Provide
guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members, ensuring the quality of work and
adherence to deadlines.
● Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data from
various sources such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other relevant platforms. Use
these insights to drive content strategy, make informed decisions, and optimize content
performance.
● Brand Development: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content
and platforms. Ensure that all content reflects our brand image, values, and goals.
● Multi-Channel Content Distribution: Manage content distribution across various
channels, including blogs, social media, email marketing, etc. Optimize content for each
platform to maximize reach and engagement.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales,
product, and customer service, to align content with broader business goals. Foster
effective communication and collaboration to ensure content supports overall business
objectives.
● Performance Tracking and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for
the content team and regularly monitor performance. Prepare reports and presentations
to communicate content performance to stakeholders.
● Budget Management: Manage budgets for content production and marketing, ensuring
the best use of resources for maximum return on investment. Track and report on budget
utilization.
● Content Marketing Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends
and technologies. Incorporate innovative approaches and strategies into the content
strategy where beneficial.
Qualifications:
● Proven expertise in developing and executing effective content strategies that align with
