Content Marketing Manager

• Job Description
  The Content Marketing Manager/lead will work closely with the leadership team and will be responsible for driving strategy, planning & executing the overall content on website, social, any other channels for the brand.
  
  To be successful in this role, you should be well versed with modern marketing and growth hacking techniques, analytical & data-driven, have prior knowledge of analytics and campaign tools, be innovative and curious about digital marketing trends.
  
  Roles & Responsibilities
  ï'· Accountable for overseeing all content marketing initiatives across all channels to drive traffic, engagement and leads that deliver sales and customer retention.
  ï'· Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet business objectives at the lowest possible cost.
  ï'· This role requires a brand publisher mindset: to create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion.
  ï'· Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
  ï'· Develop and manage editorial calendar and organization workflows.
  ï'· Manages digital content hubs and all social channels including email/newsletter distribution. This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each, and why.
  ï'· Measure and optimize the program on a regular and ongoing basis.
  ï'· Management of all creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel.
  ï'· Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.
  ï'· Give regular executive presentations on the program approaches and results.
  
  Key Skills
  ï'· Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
  ï'· Editorial mindset that understands what audiences consume and how to create it
  ï'· Ability to analyse and present content and social performance
  ï'· Experience with, Google Analytics, FB, Instagram, Roposo, and the top social channels
  ï'· Project management experience and an understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple
  stakeholders in a complex environment
  
  Minimum Qualifications
• Experience of 4+ years in relevant content writing
• Work in content writing, marketing in lifestyle, art, creative segment would be an added advantage
