The Role

We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Content Strategist to lead our content initiatives and elevate the Vash Studios brand. The ideal candidate is not just a talented writer but a strategic thinker who excels at innovating with AI, managing the entire content lifecycle, and mentoring junior talent. You will be responsible for developing a differentiated content strategy that resonates deeply with event planners and corporate clients, solidifying our position as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Ideation & AI-Powered Innovation:
• Develop and execute a forward-thinking content strategy that showcases our expertise in the event staffing industry.
• Go beyond basic prompting to leverage AI as a strategic partner. Use AI tools for in-depth audience analysis, identifying pain points of event planners, uncovering content gaps in the market, and predicting emerging industry trends.
• Conceptualize and A/B test novel content ideas, including interactive blog posts, data-driven reports, video scripts, and social media campaigns. Use AI to generate diverse hypotheses for testing headlines, formats, and calls-to-action to find what resonates most with our audience.
• Systematically scale high-quality content production by using AI for research and first drafts, while applying your expert human touch to ensure all content is original, insightful, and perfectly aligned with the Premier Staff brand voice.
• Advanced Content Creation: Produce polished, engaging content that speaks directly to our target audience. Your role is to elevate AI-assisted drafts into finished pieces that are significantly more valuable and well-crafted than standard AI output.
• SEO & Performance: Apply a solid understanding of core SEO fundamentals to all content, ensuring it is optimized for search engines to drive qualified organic traffic.
• Leadership & Management: Take full ownership of the content calendar and management process. Proactively identify and act on new content opportunities, including industry news, competitor strategies, and event-based marketing moments.
• Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a junior writer by developing exceptionally clear and insightful briefs. Define the precise tone, angle, and emotional direction needed to guide them in creating compelling work.
• CMS Management: Manage and publish content using WordPress and Webflow CMS platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in a content strategy or senior content creation role, preferably within the event planning, hospitality, or B2B marketing industries.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing, strategic thinking, and the ability to create content that drives business goals.
• Advanced proficiency with AI content tools and a clear methodology for using them for research, ideation, and production beyond basic generation.
• Demonstrable understanding of core SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page SEO, content structure, etc.).
• Experience in A/B testing content and using data to inform strategy.
• Natural leadership abilities with experience mentoring junior team members.
• Proficiency with WordPress and Webflow is required.
• A proactive and opportunistic mindset, with a passion for innovation.
