**Job Description: Content Strategist (India-based)**:

- Timings: 8 pm to 5 am
- Location: Work from home (permanent)

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting research and analysis to understand the target and come up with innovative ideas.
- Develop content plans and calendars monthly that support the overall social media marketing strategy.
- Working closely with the creative team to ensure that content is visually appealing and accurately represents Bikham.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram, adapting content to suit different channels.
- Measuring the success of the content and making data-driven decisions to continually improve content performance.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and making recommendations for new content formats and techniques.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales/HR/Legal) to understand their requirements and deliver on time, every time.

**Education and skills required for consideration**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in communication/advertising/marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience managing medium to large social media communities.
- 2 years of experience assisting teams in delivering sales & marketing materials.
- Strong writing skills with attention to detail.
- Organized self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and handle time-sensitive material in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience in healthcare and B2C environment setting preferred.
