We're looking for a high-performance Content Strategist who understands how to grow YouTube channels, LinkedIn audiences, and Instagram presence for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is obsessed with analytics, creative storytelling, and platform-specific content psychology.

Role Overview

As a Content Strategist at EVF, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing growth-focused content strategies across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You will work closely with our creative team to ensure every piece of content has a clear purpose, a strong hook, and measurable growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop platform-specific strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn for various client niches.
  • Conduct content audits and identify opportunities to optimize existing channels for reach, retention, and conversions.
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with the client's brand, goals, and audience behavior.
  • Research trends, competitor channels, keywords, and industry insights to fuel content ideas.
  • Supervise video titles, thumbnails, hooks, scripts, CTAs, and posting formats.
  • Optimize YouTube channels for SEO, retention, watch-time, and discoverability.
  • Create KPI frameworks and track analytics weekly (views, reach, retention, engagement rates, leads generated).
  • Collaborate with editors and project managers to ensure quality and consistency across platforms.
  • Suggest viral content opportunities and create data-backed recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing YouTube channels, Instagram accounts, and LinkedIn profiles (portfolio or case studies required).
  • Strong understanding of video hooks, audience psychology, thumbnails, and retention principles.
  • Experience with YouTube Studio, analytics tools, content planning platforms, and trend research tools.
  • Excellent sense of storytelling, clarity, and messaging.
  • Ability to work with multiple clients and manage content calendars efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain strategy clearly to clients.
  • Up-to-date with the latest platform changes, trends, and growth tactics.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in personal branding strategy.
  • Understanding of short-form content formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
  • Ability to write scripts or structure content outlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles for YouTube.
