**The role**:
The role of the content strategist is primarily to develop a content plan for our website with the sole goal of ranking on search engines and driving our lead funnel. We are looking for somebody with a good hold on the working of search engines and who knows the trick of converting traffic to leads.

**Some essential qualities you have**:

- You understand the balance between creating content for an audience and for search engines.
- You have an excellent grasp of AI, ML, and the various platforms used in the domain - GCP, AWS, Databricks, etc.
- You can communicate ideas to people and have a get-things-done attitude
- You are well versed in SEO and lead generation

**_ Note: Having prior experience in data science or the machine learning industry is a must for this role._**

**Your primary responsibilities involve**:

- Planning content in the form of blog posts, case studies, and white papers for our website and taking care of the end-to-end operations
- Optimizing website pages for SEO and conversion
- Proofreading and editing content pieces planned by you to ensure they align with our brand guidelines and content goals
- Distribution of content across channels that lead to higher domain authority while getting us traffic
- Content analysis and restructuring strategy based on content performance

**KPIs you will be responsible for**:

- Organic signups on the website
- The conversion rate on our sales pages
- Website bounce rate
- Traffic
