We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our website
- Create and manage social media content calendars, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
