**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy **Social Media Content Strategist** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying trends, planning compelling content, and driving audience engagement across our Instagram and Facebook platforms. You will play a key role in crafting a strong online presence and ensuring that our content aligns with current social media dynamics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and adapt to evolving Instagram and Facebook trends (Reels, Stories, Posts).
- Develop innovative and engaging content ideas and themes based on platform trends.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms and implement best practices for content optimization.
- Identify emerging social media formats and trends early and incorporate them into strategy.
- Conduct thorough hashtag research to enhance visibility and reach.
- Create and manage a detailed social media content calendar for consistent posting.
- Collaborate closely with the design and video teams to develop trend-based content assets.
- Drive user engagement through storytelling, trend participation, and real-time interaction.
- Track content performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Use content planning and scheduling tools to streamline execution and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media strategy, preferably focused on Instagram and Facebook.
- In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, formats, and audience behaviors.
- Strong creative thinking and a keen eye for trends and viral content.
- Experience with content planning tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools (e.g., Meta Insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or eCommerce brand.
- Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite (optional but a plus).
