- Experience in developing, implementing, and managing LinkedIn strategy to enhance company’s online presence, drive traffic, and engage audience.
- Proficient in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on LinkedIn performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn's features, algorithms, and best practices to effectively reach and engage with our target market.
- Expert in using social media management tools and software.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive LinkedIn strategy aligned with our business goals.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy.
- Identify and engage with industry influencers and thought leaders.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for LinkedIn, including articles, posts, and videos.
- Foster and grow our LinkedIn community by identifying and engaging with key groups and networks.
- Organize and participate in LinkedIn events, webinars, and live sessions to boost brand visibility.
- Track, analyze, and report on LinkedIn performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies and tactics.
- Provide regular reports to the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing team to integrate LinkedIn efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce compelling LinkedIn content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media strategist, specifically with LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s features, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience in B2B marketing and Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and software.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
