**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement content strategies tailored to various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create engaging posts, captions, and stories that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Monitor social media performance metrics using analytics tools to refine strategies.
- Research and incorporate trending topics and hashtags to enhance campaign visibility.
- Foster community engagement by interacting with followers and responding to comments or queries.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media platforms and content strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite (preferred).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Analytical mindset for performance tracking and insights.

- Organizational and detail-oriented approach.
- Adaptability to new trends and technologies.
