**Job Title**: Organic Social Media Strategist - Remote

**About Us**: InvenTel is a dynamic, innovative company based in the United States, specializing in cutting-edge consumer products. We're seeking a talented Organic Social Media Strategist to join our team remotely from India and help elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

We're looking for a creative and analytical Organic Social Media Strategist to develop and execute compelling social media strategies that align with our brand voice and business objectives. This full-time remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global team and make a significant impact on our digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement organic social media strategies across various platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
- Create engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with our target audience
- Implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques to improve visibility and engagement
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights
- Manage public relations efforts, including crafting press releases and maintaining media relationships
- Stay abreast of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages promptly
- Optimize content for maximum reach and engagement
- Contribute to overall digital marketing strategies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or related digital marketing roles
- Proven track record of growing social media engagement and followers
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social media analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus

**Work Hours**:
**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time, remote position. Outside freelance work is not permitted during the course of employment with InvenTel.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary range based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
