**Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy for brands after conducting detailed competition research
- Create monthly social media calendars with relevant content, hashtags, and occasion-specific campaigns
- Build social media strategy and define core buckets mapping the audience
- Plan, create, publish, and share new content regularly that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
- Front face clients, accommodate their requests, and walk them through campaign plans and processes
- Design quarterly/monthly campaign plans around product launches, GTM strategies, etc and execute the same
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Monitor customer engagement and build a positive online presence
- Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy
- Collaborate with the design team and come up with visual ideas that make an impact
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
- Analyze analytics to gauge the success of social media campaigns and share monthly social media reports with clients

**Qualifications / Skills**:

- Journalism/English Honors/Mass Communication background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- 1- 2 years of experience as a content writer or social media marketer in a B2B business or experience in a marketing agency as a social media marketer
- Experience in client-facing roles is an added advantage
- Experience in building and managing teams is an added advantage
- Open to all ages, races, genders, nationalities

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
