Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at AI Marketing Partners. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing social media channels, and supporting our clients’ digital presence through storytelling, trend analysis, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging and high-quality content including graphics, short videos, carousels, reels, and blog posts
- Write compelling captions and copy aligned with each brand’s voice and goals
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
- Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities
- Collaborate with the design and strategy team to align visuals and messaging
- Track content performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports
- Suggest new content formats and campaign ideas based on data insights

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a content creator or social media marketing specialist (portfolio or samples required)
- Strong copywriting skills and visual storytelling ability
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other editing tools
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai is a strong plus
- Understanding of SEO and social media algorithms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative mindset and a passion for digital trends

Bonus Skills
- Experience in influencer collaboration or UGC campaigns
- Background in paid ad creatives (Meta/Google ads)
- Experience with ChatGPT or generative AI content tools
- Bilingual or multilingual content capabilities
