Position: Social Media Marketing Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages
- implement effective social media strategies to drive engagement and increase brand visibility
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, for various social media analyze social media trends, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments
- Use social media management tools to schedule and publish posts
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and actively participate in online conversations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Generate reports on social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay current with changes in social media platforms and emerging trends to optimize campaigns
- Drive traffic to targeted websites through social media platforms

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Excellent written and verbal the ability to develop engaging content
- Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously

For the fresher position:

- Should have an outstanding personal Facebook and Instagram profiles with a good amount of engaged followers, showcasing their ability to create compelling social media content and.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
