As a YouTube Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns on the YouTube platform to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling video content, optimize channel performance, and analyze key metrics to inform decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Create engaging video content, including product demos, tutorials, testimonials, and branded entertainment, optimized for YouTube's algorithms and best practices.
- Manage and optimize the company's YouTube channel, including video uploads, metadata optimization, playlist curation, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and copywriters, to produce high-quality videos that resonate with the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Monitor and analyze YouTube analytics to track performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and report on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Experiment with different formats, features, and advertising options on YouTube, such as TrueView ads, YouTube Live, and YouTube Shorts, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay informed about copyright laws, fair use guidelines, and YouTube's policies to ensure compliance in all marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in YouTube marketing, video production, or digital content creation, preferably in a similar industry or niche.
- Strong understanding of YouTube's platform, algorithms, best practices, and advertising options.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 28 per week

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
