Social Media Executive

The Social Media Executive is focused on developing and executing our and our client’s social media strategy and advocating for the external community. He or she identifies influential opportunities, engages regularly with audiences online, and anticipates the evolution of social media. He/she is also responsible for being involved in relationship building, expectation management, collaboration, and growing the business.

The Social Media Executive monitors social media-related activities across industries, competitor brands, trends, and best practices to ensure maximum impact for our Clients.

**Skills**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - English
- Demonstrated experience in understanding social media platforms and channels
- Must be up to date with pop-culture, digital, and social media trend
- Should have project management skills
- Should be able to build strong relationships through Client interaction and internal communications
- A pleasing personality with a positive mindset is required.
- Should be comfortable working individually and as part of a team

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years in digital with a specialization in social media marketing

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage our client's social media strategy/outreach plans
- Ideate with the team to develop compelling and buzz-worthy campaigns
- Ideate and strategize to build/create new business opportunities across social media /digital platforms
- Identify key/targeted influencers by industry and establish/cultivate positive relationships with them
- As part of the team ensure:

- A great working relationship with Clients
- Clutter-breaking strategies and ideas are presented to Clients
- Timely progress reports are sent to the Client
- A very high Client Satisfaction Score in terms of new ideas and management
- Manage our client's social media profiles/pages across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn among others
- Identify and report on digital/social media trends to Clients and the internal team
- Promote and evangelize social media activities to clients by participating in pitches and presentations
