**Job Description**:
As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategy to promote our brand, products, and services across various social media platforms. Your creative mindset and excellent communication skills will help us build a strong online presence, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create engaging and shareable content (including text, images, and video) that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, comments, and inquiries, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to track campaigns' success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing to continuously enhance our strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Utilize social media advertising platforms to create and manage paid campaigns for maximum impact.
- Assist in planning and executing social media contests, giveaways, and other promotional activities.
- Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews, and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
- Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices **Experience in Social Media Marketing (SEM) & Social Media Optimization (SMO) for around minimum of two years**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Experience in content creation, including writing, graphic design, and basic video editing.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt the tone for different audiences.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online marketing will be an advantage.

Location: Noida/NCR

Employment Type: Full-time/Work from Home

Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Working Days: 6 in a week
