**Role Overview**:
As a **Social Media Marketing Intern** at Kush Tech Baba, you will play an essential role in shaping our brand’s voice across various digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, schedule, and publish creative content (posts, stories, videos, and more) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Monitor audience engagement (likes, comments, shares) and respond to messages promptly.
- Track social media analytics to measure the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Research trending topics and keep up with the latest industry trends.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for content ideas and campaign strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media tools and analytics (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- **Bonus**: Experience with video editing tools or basic graphic design knowledge.
